SAP Controlling (CO) Consultant
The work
The SAP Controlling (CO) Consultant is responsible for designing, configuring, and supporting SAP CO processes including cost center accounting, internal orders, profitability analysis, and product costing. They collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial performance and ensure accurate reporting. This role provides expert guidance during implementations, upgrades, and ongoing enhancements.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead efforts to gather requirements and design solutions to meet these requirements
- Facilitate interaction with technical counterparts to ensure technical solutions meet all functional requirements
- Developing test strategies and managing large complex test efforts
- Business process design and system analysis
- Coordinate and manage across architects, developers, technical services (i.e. BASIS, Middleware, Portal) and business analysts to perform business analyst functions and responsibilities
- Maintenance, enhancement and/or development of SAP modules, including interfacing with other applications
- Experience with budgeting, staffing, forecasting and work planning
- Manage a team, including mentoring and training junior team members
- Support data migration design, development, and validation
Here’s what you need:
- 4 + years SAP ECC and S/4HANA Controlling experience
- SAP Finance subject matter expertise in end-to-end Product costing processes including Material Ledger functionality with integration points with other modules like Project Systems, Payroll, Materials Management and Finance
- Knowledge of CO functionality, including Internal Order, Cost Center Accounting, Assessment, Distribution, Cost Transfer etc.
- Experience with SAP Public Sector Financials and knowledge of SAP Financial Accounting
- Proficiency in SAP CO module and SAP PS module
Nice to have:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Team lead experience

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below.
