Quality Lead
You Are:
As a Quality Lead, you will oversee the Quality Management Plan (QMP) during the program’s transition-in phase and ensure compliance with contractual and government standards. You’ll develop, maintain, and update the QMP, drive process improvements, and lead quality assurance initiatives to meet performance objectives.
The Work:
- Implement and manage the QMP for program transition-in.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive QA program aligned with contract and federal standards.
- Analyze data to identify trends and optimize processes.
- Define and track quality KPIs; monitor defect resolution.
- Lead Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) processes.
- Prepare for audits, reviews, and surveillance activities.
- Maintain quality documentation and records.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for quality matters with clients and subcontractors.
- Deliver training on quality standards and compliance.
Here's What You Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or related field (or 4 additional years of experience).
- 8+ years in IT operations management and quality control.
- Proficiency in documentation, performance metrics, process improvement, and leadership.
- Experience with Power BI and dashboard creation.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Certifications: PMP, ITIL Foundation, Six Sigma, Lean, ASQ.
- Familiarity with CMMI, ISO, or NIST frameworks.
- Knowledge of risk management strategies and quality control plans.

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
