The work:
Full-stack developer to design, build, and test a web-based application. Edit site content for various components. Maintain website standards and comply with predefined design guidelines. Utilize best practices in web screen design and learn about different middleware platforms to source and update data through web screens as specified in functional requirements.
Here's what you need:
- Proficient in React.js and NodeJS
- Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3 Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks
- Experience building and working with RESTful web services
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD, Jenkins, Gitlab-CI
- Knowledge of image authoring tools, ability to crop, resize, or perform small adjustments on an image
- Understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them
- Basic understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
- Experience working with open-source software
- Requires active Top Secret clearance and onsite in Washington, DC
Bonus points if you have:
- Proficient in working with relational databases (Postgres and MySQL preferred)
- Experience with AWS containerization
- Experience working with a content management system such as Drupal to create, manage, and theme content
- Experience working in Unix/Linux environment 508 compliance development
As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
