As a Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst, you will analyze organizational needs and design technology-integrated processes and systems. Your main responsibilities include assessing current business operations, identifying customer requirements, and defining future-state solutions that align with organizational goals. You will research, gather, and synthesize information to optimize business models for efficiency and effectiveness. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical requirements and supporting agile development projects on the ServiceNow platform. The role requires expertise in requirements gathering, functional testing, and adapting to project demands, with a focus on agile development and process optimization. A proactive, detail-oriented approach and commitment to driving innovation through technology and process improvement are essential.
Here's what you need:
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow's architecture and capabilities
- 5+ years of experience supporting requirements gathering and functional testing for agile development projects in ServiceNow
- ServiceNow Public Sector Digital Services (PSDS) OR Customer Service Management (CSM) experience
- Familiarity with NowAssist and Virtual Agent capabilities
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
Bonus points if you have:
- Certified Scrum Master (or equivalent)
