Software Engineer
You Are:
As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing new and existing features within the application.
The Work:
- Work collaboratively across teams to deliver products successfully as part of an existing team
- Solve complex problems utilizing Go, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Bash
- Passionately create systems which will be used and have a major impact and interact directly with customers and end-users
- Design and maintain application architecture including database schema and API design
- Produce customer facing production code day one
Here’s What You Need:
- 5+ years of experience with web application development and REST
- Proficient in React web framework
- Strong development skills in Go programming or a similar language, such as C/C++, Rust, Java, etc.
- Experience with code source control tools such as Git
- Experience working in a Linux environment with an understanding of agile development
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience with GO/Golang
- Experience working in a federal or public sector environment
- Experience in Machine Learning algorithms, LLM, developing MCP (Model Context Provider) Server
- Experience with PostgreSQL
- Experience with UX design
- Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL
- Development of distributed systems
- Use of static analysis, unit testing, and continuous integrations
- Development of real time data applications
- Experience handling more than 1 project concurrently

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
