ServiceNow Architect
The Work:
As a ServiceNow Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing robust and scalable ServiceNow solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include translating business requirements into technical blueprints, overseeing integrations with other systems, and ensuring the platform's integrity, security, and optimal performance. To excel in this role, you must possess a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM, as well as strong scripting and development skills in JavaScript for client-side and server-side development.
Here's what you need:
- 5 years of ServiceNow experience with any of the following: ServiceNow Platform Depth (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM) Scripting & Development in JavaScript for client-side and server-side development Integrations with other systems using REST, SOAP, SAML, LDAP, JDBC, and web services Database & Architecture knowledge (RDBMS design, CMDBs, network, and application architecture) Cloud Technologies DevOps & CI/CD
- Industry experience as a ServiceNow developer or architect with superior group/team facilitation skills such as experience in client-facing roles, strategic advisory services, system implementations, business process definition, gap analysis, maturity assessments and recommendations for clients in the public and private sectors.
Bonus Points if you have:
- Advanced Degree
- 10+ years of industry experience
- ServiceNow Technical Architect certification is preferred
- Certified Master Architect (CMA)
- Ability to enter client environment and provide recommendations after assessing the requirements and the current state
- Demonstrated experience managing the expectations of high-profile clients and building a reputation of trust
- Possess strong oral and written communication, presentation skills, project management, and mentoring skills

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
