Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) Implementation Engineer
Role Purpose
Design and implement an IGA solution in a federal organization. Collaborate with an Agile delivery team and stakeholders to define IGA requirements, then develop, test, and deploy functionality via a CI/CD pipeline.
Role Duties & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the team to define and meet IGA system requirements.
- Develop and implement processes to:
- Establish user identity and provision access to connected systems.
- Enable end-user requests for accounts and entitlements.
- Govern user access to enforce the principle of least privilege.
- Support the creation of end-user training materials.
- Implement security policies, standards, and procedures related to IGA.
Basic Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience administration and configurations of IAM solutions.
- Hands on experience with IGA workflow and design (RBAC, request based access)
- 1+ years of experience implementing an enterprise IGA solution, such as: Saviynt Security Manager (SSM) or Enterprise Identity Cloud (EIC), SailPoint Identity IQ (IIQ) or IdentityNow, IBM Security Verify Governance, Okta (IGA experience)
- Some scripting experience such as: PowerShell, Structured Query Language (SQL), OR Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience implementing Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud (EIC).
- Saviynt IGA Professional certification.
- Experience integrating Saviynt IGA with ServiceNow.
- Cybersecurity certifications, such as:
- CompTIA Security+
- (ISC)² SSCP

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
