Field Service Representative
Accenture Federal Services is currently seeking a Field Service Representative to join our team. In this role you will provide professional Information Technology (IT) support for our federal client. The program provides software, hardware, storage and network connectivity to various federal locations.
Responsibilities:
- Address and follow up on requests received in help desk queue
- Investigate incidents, identify and implement solutions
- Provide support for hardware/software issues over the phone and in person
- Support end users with SOCET GXP Geospatial Intelligence Software
- Support end users with ArcGIS Enterprise Platform, GeoServer Suite, and other GIS tools
- Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot user workstations
- Support passive and active network infrastructure
- Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot standard and proprietary supported applications (MS Office, Web Browsers, Antivirus and others)
- Provide on-site application training, software distribution, patch management, and firmware updates to GEOINT analysts in the field • Log all requests into Ticketing System
- Document and escalate call tickets to related IT groups for further support
- Follow up on resolved requests to ensure customer satisfaction
Here's what you need:
- Knowledge/experience with GEOINT toolsets including , but not limited to: SOCET GXP, GXP explorer, ArcGIS Enterprise Platform, GeoServer Suite, ENVI, QT Modeler, Jira, Sketchup Pro.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Knowledge of intelligence oversight and security guidelines
- Experience with workstation imaging processes/software
- Strong knowledge of deployment, configuration and troubleshooting of workstation hardware Bonus points if you have:
- Knowledge of the intelligence cycle and the analytical process that acts on collection to produce information for intelligence databases and products.
- IAW DOD 8570.01-M, DFARS 252.239.7001, and AR 25-2, Contractor employees supporting IA/IT functions must be baseline certified to at least IAT Level 2
Nice to have:

- Excellent communication skills to effectively interface with senior military officials, managers, and colleagues.

Clearance:
- An active TS/SCI federal security clearance is required
As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
