SAP H2R (Hire to Retire) Functional Consultant
Position Overview:
The SAP H2R Functional Consultant will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of the SAP S/4HANA Hire to Retire (H2R) capability. This role oversees the development of an integrated Human Experience Management (HXM) solution, including Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, and Time Tracking. The ideal candidate will work with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable solutions while ensuring seamless integration across HR and financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, testing, and deployment of SAP H2R functionalities, including Employee Central, Payroll, Time Management, and Talent Management.
- Align SuccessFactors and S/4HANA Universal Journal for payroll postings, labor distribution, and benefit accruals.
- Manage the transition from legacy HR systems to SuccessFactors Cloud and hybrid architectures.
- Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables while mitigating risks related to data migration, payroll parallel testing, and system integration.
- Drive adoption of SAP Fiori and SuccessFactors Mobile for employee self-service, manager insights, and workforce analytics.
- Ensure seamless integration of H2R with other streams, such as labor budgeting and grant-funded personnel processes.
- Mentor and develop team expertise in advanced SAP tools like Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), Payroll Control Center (PCC), and Workforce Analytics.
- Stay current on SAP updates, leveraging new features to improve HR operations and talent strategies.
Here’s what you need:
- 2+ years of implementation experience with SAP HCM and/or SAP SuccessFactors and/or H2R
- Experience working with Agile or Scrum methodologies in SAP environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience implementing innovative solutions, such as AI-driven recruitment and automated onboarding.
- Proficiency in SAP tools, including CPI, PCC, and Workforce Analytics.
- Familiarity with integrating H2R processes with financial and operational systems.
- Prior experience managing biannual SuccessFactors updates and leveraging new features for process improvements.

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
