Technical Integration Specialist
The work:
Closely work with the implementor team to understand TrustVisitor architecture, configuration, and integration points. Key responsibilities:

- Coordinate with internal teams (IAM, network, security, facilities, PACS vendors) to support system configuration and integration
- Assist with setup and maintenance of:
- Identity validation and access control workflows
- SSO using PIV/CAC and certificate‑based authentication
- SSL/TLS certificates and lifecycle management
- Group Managed Service Accounts
- Set up API connections or data feeds
- Support connectivity and security requirements for an on‑premises application accessible via the public internet through a DMZ
- Perform routine operational tasks including certificate renewals, log review, and basic troubleshooting
- Document system configuration, operational procedures, and support processes
- Serve as the primary internal point of contact for TrustVisitor after handoff
- Coordinate issue resolution with internal teams and 3rd party interfaced applications
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, implementation of COTS product, identity and access management, or enterprise application support
- Working knowledge of:
- API fundamentals (understanding endpoints, authentication, connectivity, and how COTS products interact with external systems)
- Certificate‑based authentication and PIV/CAC
- SSO concepts (SAML, certificate‑based authentication, OIDC)
- SQL Server database fundamentals (basic queries, connectivity, troubleshooting)
- Understanding of DMZ architectures and secure exposure of on‑prem applications to the public internet
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional technical teams and external vendors
- Strong troubleshooting skills, including basic familiarity with Windows Server environments (IIS concepts, log review, service behavior)
- Excellent communication, documentation, and coordination skills
- Active Top Secret clearance (SCI Eligible)
