Telecom Order Management
We are seeking a Telecom Order Management Specialist to support the implementation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of telecommunications systems within the project. This role assists with equipment installation, routine maintenance activities, troubleshooting telecom-related issues, and ensuring smooth operational support for telecom services.
The Work:
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and activation of telecom equipment and services.
- Support routine maintenance and monitoring of telecom systems.
- Troubleshoot telecom issues and assist in resolving service disruptions.
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure efficient order processing and system updates.
- Maintain documentation related to telecom configurations, service changes, and issue resolutions.
- Support continuous improvement of telecom-related processes.
Here's what you need:
- Minimum Associate’s degree in Telecommunications, IT, or a related field; or 4 years additional equivalent work experience.
- Foundational understanding of telecommunications systems and networking principles.
- Basic experience in telecom operations or IT support.
Bonus points if you have:
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+ or Cisco CCENT.
- Experience assisting with telecom provisioning, maintenance, or order management.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and effective communication skills.
Security Clearance:
- Must possess an active Secret-level security clearance or higher.

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
