SAP Data Migration Architect (with Public Sector Finance)
The work
This project is a multi-year program to consolidate 4 SAP ECC systems into a single composable ERP platform. The SAP Data Migration Architect will migrate existing capabilities from the existing SAP ECC instances into the new consolidated SAP S/4HANA transactional core using industry standard tools such as SNP's Crystalbridge. They will address required data transformations needed to migrate data from 4 source SAP ECC systems to a new target SAP S/4 HANA system. The solution will support required data extraction rules, data transformations, data load processes, and validation procedures to migrate data into the new SAP target based on the project scope. This resource will participate in the testing of data conversion activities through multiple integrated test cycles on this complex project. The SAP Data Migration Architect may be involved in functional data design questions and or technical load processes as required.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide migration expert knowledge and experience to project activities
- Work with Functional Process teams on required work processes to drive readiness success
- Support Functional process team activity
- Support identification of defects and gaps in SAP vs legacy requirements during testing, and deployment, and communicate to project team to address
- Escalate appropriate decision-making requirements to leadership
- Provide deployment and post-go-live support as required
- May manage a team, including mentoring and training junior team members
Here’s what you need:
- 4 + years of SAP Data Migration experience
- Experience with ECC to S/4HANA migration projects using industry tools such as SNP Crystalbridge or SAP DMLT
- Familiarity with SAP Public Sector Finance / Funds Management historical data migration to S/4HANA
Nice to have:
- Team lead experience
- Relevant SAP certifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
Eligibility requirements:
- US Citizen (no dual citizenship)
- Must be eligible to obtain a government Public Trust Clearance
- Willingness to travel up to 25%

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below.
