As a Training Enrollment Associate Manager, you will focus on developing comprehensive learning approaches that align with and advance a federal agency healthcare transformation initiative across the federal government.
The Work:
- In this strategic role, you will focus on developing comprehensive learning approaches that align with and advance a federal agency healthcare transformation initiative across the federal government.
- The Sr. Training Strategist will analyze the organizations' strategic training objectives, workforce capabilities, and performance gaps to design holistic learning ecosystems that drive mission outcomes.
- They will help to develop enterprise-wide training strategies that address the unique needs of diverse healthcare roles, from clinical practitioners to administrative staff, while navigating complex regulatory requirements.
- Working at the intersection of healthcare policy, operations, and technology, this strategist will translate federal healthcare modernization initiatives into comprehensive learning roadmaps.
- They will establish strategic frameworks for measuring learning effectiveness and business impact, connecting training investments to improved healthcare outcomes, operational efficiency, and compliance metrics.
Here’s What You Need:
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
- 5+ years of experience with adult learning principles and instructional design.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) and / or ATD Certification

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below.
