Low-Code/No-Code Senior Manager (SME)
Job Description:
We are seeking a Low-Code/No-Code Senior Manager (SME) responsible for architecture guidance, platform governance, and solution delivery across secure federal environments.
Work you’ll do:
- Serve as technical reviewer for solution designs prior to production deployment or solutioning plan finalization.
- Participate in architecture review boards.
- Enforce platform guardrails, naming standards, and reuse policies.
- Evaluate requests for new platform capabilities or expansions.
- Evaluate business and technical requirements to identify and recommend best fit solutions.
Here’s what you’ll need:
- 10 to 12+ years of experience in the following areas:
- Hands-on experience in at least two enterprise low-code platforms such as Appian, ServiceNow, Salesforce, or Palantir Technologies.
- Modernizing complex applications/solutions on the Appian platform.
- Implementing solutions on other platforms (ServiceNow, Palantir, or Salesforce).
- Designing scalable solutions.
- Mentoring teams.
- Supporting governance standards across an enterprise platform portfolio.
- 5+ years of experience in the following areas:
- Application programming interfaces (APIs) in order to support Low-Code/No-Code Development Platform models.
- Data Modeling, ETL, Stored Procedures, and optimizing queries/views.
- Developing on RDBMS platforms (Oracle, SQL, MySQL, MariaDB).
- Using low-code/no-code business process modeling notation (BPMN) tools.

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
