SAP Configuration Management Sub Lead
The work
As the Configuration Management Sub-Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the movement, documentation, and control of changes across multiple SAP environments. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that all configuration changes are properly managed and tracked, maintaining the integrity and stability of the SAP landscape. You will coordinate the deployment of Transport Requests (TRs) and utilize the Transport Management System (TMS) to facilitate seamless transitions between development, testing, and production systems. Your attention to detail will be crucial as you monitor and execute STMS transactions, ensuring compliance with established protocols and minimizing the risk of disruptions.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee the movement, documentation, and control of changes across various SAP environments -Manage and execute SAP Transport Requests (TRs) using Transport Management System (TMS) and STMS transactions
- Utilize SAP ChaRM / Solution Manager to ensure proper change management processes are followed
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure seamless configuration management and system integrity
- Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to SAP BASIS and transport management
- Maintain accurate records of configuration changes and ensure compliance with internal controls
- Support audits and reviews by providing necessary documentation and process evidence
Here’s what you need:
- 7+ years of experience with SAP BASIS administration, as well as exposure to SAP ChaRM and Solution Manager for enhanced management processes
- Familiarity with the end-to-end lifecycle of SAP transports, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to transport failures, will be valuable
Nice to have:
- Ability to document processes, maintain audit trails, and enforce governance standards will be essential in supporting a controlled and efficient SAP environment
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
Eligibility requirements:
- US Citizen (no dual citizenship)
- Must be eligible to obtain a government Secret Clearance
- Willingness to travel up to 25%

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
