SAP Acquire to Retire (A2R) Client SME
The work:
As the Deployment & Cutover Sub-Lead, you will play a pivotal role in guiding the organization through a seamless transition from its legacy systems to the new SAP S/4HANA production environment. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive cutover strategy, ensuring that all technical and business processes are migrated efficiently and with minimal disruption. Your work will involve close collaboration with cross-functional teams to coordinate activities, manage timelines, and address any issues that arise during the transition. You will also be expected to monitor progress, provide status updates, and implement contingency plans as needed to guarantee a successful go live.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute cutover strategies to ensure a seamless transition from the legacy environment to the new SAP S/4HANA production system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate deployment activities and minimize business disruption
- Oversee and support BASIS activities related to system deployment and cutover
- Leverage AWS and SAP lifecycle knowledge to optimize deployment processes -Identify and mitigate risks associated with cutover and deployment
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders throughout the transition
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues during cutover to ensure system stability and performance
Here’s what you need:
- 7+ years of experience with SAP BASIS administration, a strong understanding of AWS cloud infrastructure, and a deep familiarity with the SAP application lifecycle
- Exposure to tools and processes such as system migrations, data validation, and post-cutover support will be highly beneficial
- Experience leading or supporting large-scale ERP deployments, particularly those involving SAP S/4HANA, will help you anticipate challenges and proactively resolve them
Nice to have:
- Ability to navigate complex technical environments and coordinate with diverse stakeholders will be key to ensuring a smooth and effective transition for the organization
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
Eligibility requirements:
- US Citizen (no dual citizenship)
- Must be eligible to obtain a government Secret Clearance
- Willingness to travel up to 25%

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below.
