Analytics Delivery Lead (Onsite - San Antonio, TX)
The work:
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple analytic projects and deliver insights for senior decision‑makers.
- Apply operations research and advanced analytic methods, including simulation, optimization, AI/ML, data mining, advanced statistics, regression, forecasting, decision analysis, performance metrics, risk assessment, geospatial analytics, scheduling, process improvement, and automation.
- Use Government-managed enterprise data platforms and repositories appropriately and effectively.
- Conduct analysis using COTS simulation tools, SAS, Palantir Foundry, Databricks, UiPath, Tableau, Microsoft Power Platform, open‑source coding tools, and similar software.
- Ensure high‑quality analytics outputs and visualizations.
- Serve in a client‑facing leadership role, overseeing a hybrid (remote and on‑site) analytics team.
Here is what you need:
- US Citizenship required (no dual citizens)
- DoD Interim Secret clearance
- Bachelors degree required
- Hands‑on experience delivering analytic projects using operations research methods and tools.
- Familiarity with enterprise data platforms, COTS analytic tools, and visualization software.
- Experience leading or coordinating teams and communicating with clients.
- Ability to commute to San Antonio, TX or be located within commuting distance.
Preferred experience:
- Active DoD Secret clearance highly desired
- Degree in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Education including 24+ semester hours in operations research, math, probability, statistics, logic, science, or other quantitative coursework.

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below.
