MS Project Data Analyst
The Work:
As a Microsoft Project Data Analyst, you will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and interpreting project data to support decision-making and optimize project outcomes. You will develop and maintain the program’s master schedule. Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to ensure that project schedules, resources, and deliverables are accurately tracked and reported. Your day-to-day tasks will involve extracting data from Microsoft Project and other tools, generating insightful reports, and identifying trends or discrepancies that could impact project timelines. You will also play a key role in maintaining data integrity and ensuring that all project information is up-to-date and accessible to relevant team members.
Responsibilities:
- Produce and maintain the program’s Integrated Master Schedule!
- Analyze and interpret data within Microsoft Project to support project planning and execution
- Generate reports and dashboards to track project progress and performance
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data analysis
- Maintain and update project schedules and resource allocations in Microsoft Project
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all project documentation
- Provide recommendations for process improvements based on data findings
- Support the team with ad hoc data analysis and reporting needs

- Exposure to collaborative environments, where you have supported multiple projects simultaneously, will further enhance your ability to thrive in this dynamic role.

- Familiarity with data visualization tools, reporting software, and project management methodologies will be highly beneficial.
- Experience in analyzing large datasets, identifying process improvements, and communicating findings to both technical and non-technical audiences will help you succeed.

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
