SAP Project Associate Director
You Are:
The SAP Project Associate Director is responsible for providing technical oversight and support across multiple tasks and projects. This role serves as the overall project director and day‑to‑day central point of contact for enterprise‑wide IT business solution activities. The position requires coordinating project tasks, managing personnel, and ensuring successful planning and execution of IT project support activities.
- Direct and/or supervise project personnel
- Provide management support for creating an integrated master schedule
- Direct and coordinate all project‑related tasks
- Plan and execute all IT project support activities
- Serve as the daily central point of contact for enterprise‑wide IT business solution efforts
- Communicate project work plans, status reports, resource plans, and deliverables to customer executive management
- Ensure project issues related to service quality, contractual requirements, and engagement performance are addressed
- Provide technical and functional guidance to the project team, including identifying technology insertion opportunities
- Approve changes in commitments such as scope or schedule
- Approve staffing decisions for key team positions
- Stay current on engagement status and provide guidance as necessary
- Set overall policy direction for the project
Here's What You Need:
- Bachelors Degree
- 10+ years of program management experience managing programs of similar scale and complexity

5+ years of SAP ECC or S/4HANA project management experience
- Proven history of successful SAP project delivery
- Experience with SAP Core methodology

- 15+ years of industry experience
- PMP Certification
- Motivated and proactive, with a desire to understand and address complex areas
- Curiosity for learning about new technology, industry best practices, and areas of risk, analyzing and turning new insights into concrete action

- Strong written and verbal communication/interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

- In-depth knowledge of Accenture delivery methodologies and practices

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. $142,100 - $312,500 USD
