Test Engineering Manager
As a Test Engineering Manager you will provide authoritative technical leadership, enterprise‑level integration strategy, and advanced engineering oversight for mission‑critical systems. This role defines the future-state integration roadmap, drives interoperability across globally distributed platforms, and ensures capabilities are engineered for resilience, adaptability, and mission success.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide enterprise-wide technical and programmatic leadership for all integration and testing efforts across the Task Order.
- Architect and govern large‑scale integration strategies that address complex system dependencies, multi-domain interoperability, and mission-critical performance requirements.
- Serve as the senior technical authority for advanced integration approaches that enhance system resilience, performance, and cross‑platform adaptability.
- Direct and approve high-impact site surveys and integration activities across critical environments including SOCs, GHOCs, SATCOM Gateways, RGEPs, DDS Sites, and emerging mission platforms.
- Lead the strategic engineering of ETDVS (Encode, Transcode, Decode, Video Source) architectures leveraging Tactical Relays, ensuring high‑fidelity, secure, and real-time operational performance.
- Provide authoritative guidance on integrating with DISA Block 1/2/3 infrastructures, influencing enterprise roadmaps and future-state architectural decision-making.
- Assess integration methods, identify systemic risks and trends, and drive major modernization initiatives to strengthen technological convergence and mission execution. • Mentor and direct senior, journeyman, and junior Integration Engineers, establishing engineering standards and ensuring consistent delivery excellence.
- Serve as a senior liaison to system architects, program leads, industry partners, and Government stakeholders to align engineering designs with strategic vision, enterprise objectives, and evolving mission needs.
- Pioneer new integration techniques, frameworks, and performance-optimization methodologies that shape the modernization of global systems.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as an Integration Test Engineer or similar role supporting a DoD customer at the CCMD level.
- Experience requirements based on education:
- 12 years with BS/BA or 16 years without a degree or 14 years with AS/AA or 10 years with MS/MA or 7 years with PhD
- Ability to obtain DoD 8140 compliance for WRC 451, Systems Administrator – Intermediate.
- DoD-approved IA baseline certification for ADP‑III/IT‑III and a CE/Operating System (OS) certification within six months of assignment.

- An active TS/SCI is required
