Business Process Analyst - TS/SCI with Poly
Job Description:
The Business Process Analyst will serve on our BPA team working directly with the customer. We are trusted advisors to the customer on business process reengineering, process optimization, implementation, change management, and data visualization. In short, we help the customer achieve efficiencies and help enable their mission. We interact with the customer daily to understand their asks, their initiatives, and how we can best support. We create process flows, leadership briefings, and visualizations. We conduct analysis on their processes to inform these products for delivery to the customer. We also support with facilitation of their senior leadership offsites, as well as focus groups and working groups. We work collaboratively with the customer to implement these efficiencies and achieve optimization. We are trusted and relied on by the customer to help on some of their most complex and challenging issues.
Work you'll do:
- Support with strategic and organizational planning and also business program and project management.
- Conduct integration and planning in support of customer objectives.
- Provide support to strategic briefings and planning sessions with customer.
- Facilitate strategic and tactical deconfliction.
- Assist with planning and management of customer initiatives.
- Serve as integration and coordination support to customer in support of mission.
Here's what you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of experience driving cross-functional efforts with various departments and executives, including but not limited to, helping shape mission-based technology solutions.
- 3+ years of experience developing and implementing program strategy, including operating budget.
Security Clearance:
- Active TS/SCI with Poly security clearance required

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. $96,200 - $192,300 USD
