The work
The LMP IGA Developer will design, configure, and implement IAM and IGA capabilities to support enterprise access governance, provisioning, and compliance needs. This role requires hands‑on development of access request workflows, RBAC structures, lifecycle automation, and integrations with enterprise applications. Candidates must have strong Java development experience, REST API expertise, and direct work with platforms such as SailPoint IdentityIQ or Saviynt. The developer will collaborate with security, application, and infrastructure teams to deliver scalable identity solutions and support ongoing enhancements.
Key responsibilities:
• Implement and customize IAM/IGA solutions for LMP
• Develop access request and lifecycle workflows (joiner/mover/leaver)
• Configure RBAC models and entitlement structures
• Integrate IAM/IGA tools with enterprise systems using REST APIs
• Customize and support SailPoint IdentityIQ implementations
• Participate in Agile development activities and provide production support
• Work with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment with security requirements
• 4+ years of experience designing and implementing IAM solutions
• 2+ years implementing an IGA platform such as: SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ), Saviynt SSM or EIC
• Ability to build workflows, RBAC models, and lifecycle processes
• Strong knowledge of Java and REST APIs
• General knowledge of Agile development
Nice to have:
• Experience implementing and integrating SailPoint IdentityIQ
• Integration experience with ServiceNow or SAP GRC
• 5+ years of dedicated Java programming
Eligibility requirements:
• US Citizen (no dual citizenship)
• Must possess or be able to obtain a Secret clearance

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below.
