SAP Data Quality Report Developer
The work
The SAP Data Quality Report Developer will play a critical role in supporting data readiness for a large-scale SAP migration effort. This role is responsible for analyzing and designing new business processes and creating documentation that guides implementation of new technologies and data quality solutions. The developer will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to define product requirements, use cases, and process needs, ensuring that documentation and reporting solutions accurately represent operational requirements. Participation in user and task analysis will help shape functional designs that align with business needs.
Key responsibilities:
• Analyze and design new business processes, producing documentation to support new system and technology implementations
• Partner with business stakeholders to define product requirements, user stories, and use cases aligned with process and functional needs
• Conduct user and task analysis to ensure business requirements are reflected in solution designs
• Develop automated validation frameworks to strengthen data integrity, accuracy, and compliance across migration cycles
• Collaborate with functional teams and data conversion leads to identify data anomalies and recommend improvements
• Reconcile transformed data against legacy sources to ensure completeness and accuracy
• Provide detailed insights and recommendations to support decision‑making throughout the migration lifecycle
Here’s what you need:
• 5+ years of experience working with SAP data structures and data validation processes
• Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into documented workflows and requirements
• Experience designing or supporting automated data validation or data quality frameworks
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to reconcile large datasets and detect inconsistencies
• Experience building reporting and dashboards using SAP or related analytics tools
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work across business, functional, and technical teams
Nice to have:
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA migrations
• Familiarity with SAP data migration tools (e.g., SNP CrystalBridge, SAP migration cockpit)
• Experience supporting test cycles and data reconciliation activities
• Knowledge of Agile delivery practices
• Experience working on large enterprise data transformation or consolidation programs
Eligibility requirements:
• US Citizen (no dual citizenship)
• Must possess or be able to obtain a Secret clearance

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
