OpenText Solution Delivery Lead
The Work:
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain data solutions for data generation, collection, and processing.
- Create data pipelines, ensure data quality, and implement ETL processes to migrate and deploy data across systems.
- Manage and support the Enterprise Content Management (ECM) space for the client.
- Lead a team on large, complex projects, providing guidance and oversight.
- Analyze complex project-related problems and develop innovative solutions involving schedules, technology, methods, tools, solution components, and financial management.
- Provide application systems analysis and develop both short- and long-range plans for application selection, system development, maintenance, and production support.
Here is what you need:
- US citizen (Public Trust eligible)
- 8+ years of professional experience.
- Highly knowledgeable or certified in the OpenText Content Server suite of products.
- Strong understanding of modern front-end development.
- Experience leading teams on large and complex projects.
- Ability to analyze complex technical and project challenges and create innovative solutions.
- Experience in systems analysis, planning, and supporting application development and production activities.
Preferred experience:
- Active Public Trust clearance
- Prior experience supporting federal clients.
- Experience designing enterprise-scale data or content management solutions.
- Broader experience with data engineering tools, ETL frameworks, and enterprise architectures.

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
