SAP Testing & QA Lead
The work:
As the Testing & QA Lead, you will be responsible for defining and executing a comprehensive testing strategy that ensures every business process is thoroughly validated against established requirements. You will oversee the end-to-end testing lifecycle, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to identify potential risks and implement effective mitigation plans. Your role will involve coordinating test planning, execution, and reporting, ensuring that all deliverables meet the highest quality standards. You will also be expected to drive continuous improvement initiatives within the QA function, leveraging your expertise to optimize testing processes and outcomes.
Key responsibilities:
- Define and implement the overall testing strategy for SAP projects
- Ensure every business process is validated against defined requirements
- Lead risk management activities related to testing and quality assurance
- Utilize SAP Activate or Agile SAFe testing frameworks to drive testing processes
- Oversee the use of SAP ALM and Cloud ALM tools for test planning, execution, and reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage
- Identify and track defects to resolution
- Continuously improve testing methodologies and best practices
Here’s what you need:
- 8+ years of experience with risk management practices and a strong background in SAP Activate or Agile SAFe testing frameworks
- Familiarity with SAP ALM and Cloud ALM will be essential, as you will utilize these tools to manage test cases, track defects, and monitor progress throughout the project lifecycle
- Exposure to large-scale enterprise environments and a proven ability to lead testing teams in complex, cloud-based SAP implementations will be highly beneficial
Nice to have:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Relevant SAP certifications
Eligibility requirements:
- US Citizen (no dual citizenship)
- Must be eligible to obtain a government Secret Clearance
- Willingness to travel up to 25%

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
