Oracle EPM Technical Lead
You Are:
As an Oracle EPM Technical Lead you would own the technical architecture, design, and build of Oracle EPM Cloud solutions—driving complex model design, calculation logic, data integration, security, and performance tuning. You’ll lead delivery for end‑to‑end budgeting initiatives spanning federal formulation and execution, translating public‑sector financial requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions.
The Work:
- Lead technical architecture and solution design for Oracle EPM Cloud (e.g., Planning/EPBCS, PCM), including dimensions, hierarchies, data flows, and security models.
- Build and optimize business rules, Groovy/Calc Manager calculations, forms, dashboards, and reporting objects.
- Orchestrate data integration (Oracle EPM Data Integration/EPM Automate/REST APIs) with Oracle ERP Cloud/EBS, ensuring robust mappings, validations, and reconciliation.
- Own environment management across dev/test/prod, performance tuning, snapshot strategy, and release processes; establish technical standards and code reviews.
- Drive SIT/UAT plans, defect triage, and cutover execution; support go‑live and stabilization with clear technical runbooks.
- Partner with product owners and federal stakeholders to align technical designs to OMB‑aligned budgeting cycles, funds structure, and reporting needs.
Here’s What you Need:
- Deep hands‑on expertise in Oracle EPM Cloud technical design and build; proven experience leading complex implementations.
- Track record delivering federal budgeting solutions (formulation, execution, performance) within public‑sector environments.
- Proficiency with EPM integrations (EPM Data Integration/EPM Automate/REST), calculation scripting, and security configuration.
- Experience integrating EPM with Oracle ERP Cloud or EBS and leading cross‑functional technical delivery teams.
- Strong communication skills to convert federal financial requirements into precise technical specifications and quality deliverables.
