Transformation Lead
The Work:
We are seeking a Transformation Lead to shape and execute the overall migration strategy as part of an initiative to consolidate multiple IT organizations into a unified OCIO structure. This effort involves migrating separate environments into shared enterprise platforms such as Office 365, networking capabilities, and help desk functions to reduce costs, increase efficiency, and provide customers with more modern technologies. In this role, the candidate will provide overarching guidance, coordination, and leadership across multiple concurrent migrations, ensuring alignment and smooth delivery across all workstreams
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee multiple concurrent migrations, typically managing 4+ workstreams at a time, each with its own technical lead.
- Partner closely with teams such as Power Platform, Microsoft 365, Network, and Identity & Access Management to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
- Support the replacement of legacy IT environments, including data migration and change management efforts.
- Provide clear communication, escalation management, and strategic direction while identifying creative solutions to challenges across workstreams.
Here’s What You Need:
- Experience leading large‑scale IT transformations or multi‑workstream migrations.
- Strong ability to manage and influence diverse technical teams.
- Comfortable working across networking, cloud, and platform teams (e.g., Power Platform, M365, IAM).
- Confident in challenging sub‑leads, driving accountability, and ensuring delivery.

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
