SAP Application Developer Lead Senior Manager
You Are:
The SAP Application Developer Lead Senior Manager is responsible for leading detailed application design, development (coding), unit testing, and break/fix development remediation. You will be conducting translation of business area customer information into detailed enterprise application design and interacting with SAP Functional Consultants and client team members to perform analysis of alternatives and provide recommendations.
The Work:
- Conducting the preparation of programming specifications, diagrams, and coding logic flowcharts for enterprise application modifications and installations
- Manage a team, including mentoring and training junior team members
Here's What You Need:
- Experience with budgeting, staffing, forecasting and work planning
- 7 + years SAP ECC development experience
- Extensive experience in SAP project management, demonstrating a deep understanding of SAP solutions and their implementation
- Proven leadership skills, with a track record of successfully managing multiple teams in a fast paced environment
- Proficiency in project planning, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Ability to align and implement technical solutions using SAP and Icertis efficiently and in accordance with vendor best practices to minimize customization, enable vendor software upgrades, and maximize maintainability
- Experience in mentoring and developing team members to enhance their skills and capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement and innovation within SAP project teams
- Familiarity with SAP tools and technologies, as well as a commitment to staying updated on industry trends

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
