IGA Sr. Engineer
We are seeking a highly skilled IGA (Identity Governance and Administration) Engineer to join our ICAM Cyber Modernization Project Team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, architecture, implementation, and integration of an enterprise identity governance administration solution.
The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of both legacy and modern authentication principles and policies, as well as hands-on experience in identity lifecycle management and access management across infrastructure and configuration. Key Responsibilities
- Design, architect, implement, and integrate enterprise-level Identity Governance Administration (IGA) solutions.
- Develop and enforce identity and authentication policies, including legacy and modern authentication practices.
- Manage and support identity lifecycle management and access management platforms.
- Configure and maintain IGA systems in alignment with project requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
- Leverage scripting and development skills to build, automate, and enhance solutions.
- Provide technical expertise on Identity Governance Administration, Identity & Access Management, Active Directory, EntraID, SSO, and IT Service Management (ITSM).
Here's What You Need
- At least 3 years of administration and/or engineering experience with three or more of the following technologies:
- Identity Governance Administration (IGA)
- Identity & Access Management (IAM)
- Active Directory
- EntraID
- Single Sign-On (SSO)
- IT Service Management (ITSM)
- Proficiency in scripting or development using two or more of the following tools and languages:
- REST API
- LDAP
- SQL
- PowerShell
- BASH
- Object-Oriented Programming
Nice to Haves
- Experience supporting large-scale enterprise identity solutions.
- Knowledge of cloud-based identity systems and integrations.
- Familiarity with role-based access control (RBAC) and policy management.
- Industry-standard certifications in identity management or cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP, CISM, or similar).
- Strong understanding of security best practices and compliance frameworks.
As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
