Senior Full Stack Developer | AI Forward
You are:
As a Senior AI Full-Stack Engineer, you will be a key contributor on a team solving complex, high-impact problems for government and federal customers. You are hands-on, move fast, and bring both depth and breadth — equally comfortable architecting a multi-agent AI pipeline and building the UI that puts it in front of end users. You have strong opinions about software design, know when to make trade-offs, and naturally elevate the engineers around you.
The Work:
- Design and build end-to-end AI-powered solutions — from backend agent orchestration to polished, production-ready frontends.
- Develop GenAI solutions leveraging LLMs, autonomous agents, and RAG to power critical federal workflows.
- Rapidly prototype and deliver proof-of-concepts and MVPs that evolve into production systems — measured in days, not weeks or months.
- Build cloud-native, AI-native applications addressing some of the most complex challenges in the Federal space.
- Create responsive, accessible web interfaces and dashboards that surface AI capabilities to non-technical end users.
- Integrate and customize solutions with platforms such as Databricks, Palantir, Snowflake, and ServiceNow.
- Support delivery teams through technical planning, architecture guidance, and hands-on coaching.
Here’s What You Need:
AI & GenAI:
- Deep expertise with LLMs, agentic frameworks, vector databases, semantic search, and RAG pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with frameworks such as LangChain/LangGraph, CrewAI, Google ADK, or equivalent.
- Solid understanding of GenAI concepts including tool invocation, guardrails, memory, and multi-agent orchestration.
- Strong, daily hands-on experience with AI coding agents such as Claude Code, OpenAI Codex/ChatGPT, Cursor, or equivalent — using them not just as autocomplete but as active development collaborators to accelerate prototyping and production delivery.
Full-Stack Engineering:
- Strong frontend skills: component-driven development using React, Next.js, or Angular; proficiency in TypeScript/ JavaScript.
- Ability to build clean, intuitive UIs that make complex AI outputs accessible and actionable.
- Solid backend experience: Python for AI/data workloads; Node.js, Java, or Go for services and APIs.
- Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB. Cloud & Infrastructure:
- Advanced experience designing and deploying cloud-native architectures on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Proficiency with serverless (Lambda, Azure Functions, Cloud Functions) and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker, ECS).
- Strong CI/CD practices and experience building reliable, repeatable deployment pipelines
Engineering Mindset:
- Computer Science fundamentals: OOP, data structures, algorithms, system design.
- Pragmatic approach to architecture — you know when to build vs. integrate, and when perfect is the enemy of shipped.
- Strong sense of ownership; you drive things to completion without needing to be managed.
- Experience mentoring engineers and contributing to a high-quality engineering culture.
Minimum Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proven track record of rapid prototyping — taking ideas from concept to production-ready in days.
- Strong command of TypeScript/JavaScript and Python; additional languages (Java, Go, Dart/Flutter) are a plus.
- Hands-on experience with at least one major agentic AI framework (LangGraph, CrewAI, Google ADK, or similar).
- Active, proficient use of AI coding agents (Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, Cursor, or similar) as a core part of your development workflow — this is a hard requirement.
- Demonstrated experience building frontend applications (React, Next.js, or Angular preferred).
- Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and modern release practices.
- Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as Databricks, Palantir, Snowflake, or ServiceNow.
Bonus Points if You Have:
- Prior Management Consulting, Government, or Healthcare Experience
