  • Work closely with operations to translate business processes that flow into technical requirements.
  • Act as a bridge between functional teams and IT development resources to ensure system enhancements align with business needs.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and workflow improvements across all locations.
  1. Consumer-Facing Technology & Digital Strategy
  • Oversee the development and ongoing optimization of WagWay’s consumer-facing website to drive:
    • SEO optimization for local search dominance.
    • Lead generation and online customer acquisition.
    • Seamless booking and customer experience.
  • Online booking is managed through Gingr, but this role will ensure seamless integration with other customer-facing tools.
  • Work closely with marketing to align CRM strategy, lead capture, and digital experience optimization.
  1. Reporting and Decision Support
  •  Ensure corporate, regional, and store-level teams have access to necessary data, dashboards, and reports.
  • Collaborate with finance, operations, marketing, and HR to ensure alignment of metrics and insights across departments.
  • Support performance tracking and strategic decision-making through optimized reporting structures.
  1. Conduct operational assessments and ensure seamless post-acquisition transitions for all add-on and tuck-in acquisitions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Business, Finance, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT strategy, enterprise systems optimization, or business systems integration.
  • Proven expertise in multi-unit consumer services, retail, healthcare, or private equity-backed businesses.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise platforms including NetSuite, HubSpot, UKG, and Gingr.
  • Experience in M&A integration including system standardization and post-acquisition transition.
  • Familiarity with SEO, lead generation, and website optimization.
  • Excellent project management skills, ability to prioritize and execute in a fast-paced environment.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
