Campaign Marketing Manager
Position Overview:
Does growth excite you? 🌱 As the Campaign Marketing Manager at accesso, you will lead the development and strategic execution of our marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive revenue growth across our market segments, geographies, product lines and partner channels in conjunction with marketing, sales, and product teams. This role is a mix of strategy, planning, execution, and performance measurement. You will be pivotal in aligning marketing strategies with accesso’s commercial and product-specific objectives, enhancing brand visibility, and fostering market expansion. The job involves developing marketing materials and campaigns, tools and processes to consistently and effectively target key market segments.
Location: This role offers 100% remote flexibility anywhere in the US!
Reports to: Director of Marketing
Travel ✈️ Requirement: 25% to accesso Office/Client Locations
What you’ll be working on:
- Develop and implement a high quality, marketing lead generation machine and a marketing campaign strategy encompassing all accesso brands, products and solutions and markets and focusing on defining and refining product messaging to communicate the value and benefit of our solutions to target audiences.
- Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns from conceptualization through execution and post-campaign analysis, ensuring audience reach and product-specific relevance goals. This will require product specific market analysis.
- Oversee accesso’s campaign operations across different regions, ensuring all projects align with strategic goals and are delivered on time and within budget.
- Work in conjunction with Sales to optimize Salesforce CRM and ensure the accuracy of campaign reporting in Salesforce and HubSpot. Develop Marketing automation and lead nurturing functionality.
- Lead the development of Marketing materials and campaigns to support new product launches.
- Collaborate closely with product management, commercial, and customer success teams to create cohesive and integrated strategies that enhance customer engagement, drive sales, and accurately position each product in the market.
- Manage and optimize the budget for marketing campaign initiatives, ensuring efficient resource allocation between broad-based strategies and targeted product campaigns.
- Collaborate with other marketing team members to ensure brand consistency and campaign execution across all channels.
- Work with sales, product, and sales enablement to create campaign technical content to support internal and external communications and enhance product-specific sales.
- Provide comprehensive reports on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies to senior management, offering actionable insights and recommendations for initiatives and product-specific adjustments.
- Ensure that all marketing and promotional activities maintain brand integrity and are aligned with accesso’s brand identity and core values.
- Attend tradeshows and industry events as needed.
What you bring to the role:
- 5+ years of experience concepting, implementing, managing and executing SaaS or B2B software marketing campaigns. If you’ve done growth marketing in a niche industry space, this will be a great role for you. Note: ‘years of experience’ may not always be the best measure for your ability to succeed in this role. - Project management experience
- Strong understanding of Marketing Tech and marketing automation.
- Proven experience with HubSpot and Salesforce required.

Salary offered is based upon experience.
Salary Range
$87,000 - $125,000 USD
