Product Manager - Global Services
Position Overview:
Are you energized by helping uncover solutions to real world problems? We are seeking a Product Manager to support our centralized services team. As part of the team, you will be working with the engineers, UX designers, and business stakeholders to set a vision for Global Services to be used by our internal applications to drive efficiency and consistency. You will refine product efforts into valuable, achievable features, define product milestones and guide product delivery on initiatives like authentication, communication services, and revenue recognition. A qualified Product Manager will have proven experience in a fast-paced environment, a deep understanding of software as a service, and the ability to navigate feedback from multiple stakeholders.
As a member of the team, you’ll play a key role in the ideation, development and adoption of our central services. Your understanding of complex application ecosystems and how to prioritize a number of internal stakeholder needs will be vital in shaping our product vision and strategy. We're looking for team members who have a strong technical background, who can deliver creative solutions to ensure product success sometimes in areas of ambiguity.
Location: This role offers 100% remote flexibility anywhere in the US.

What you'll be working on:
- Lead agile product discovery to determine feasibility and business value of features to keep product efforts iterating quickly
- Define optimal scope for product features, build functional requirements, and gain alignment from leadership and technical stakeholders on product approach
- Collaborate with cross functional product teams (product, development, UI/UX) to support effective execution of roadmap initiatives (on time, in scope, within budget)
- Ensure polished product delivery that aligns with business goals and targets
- Communicate new features and capabilities to internal teams and customers through presentations, demonstrations, and documentation
- Serve as the subject matter expert for the product
What you bring to the role:
- 3-5 years of experience building/shipping ecommerce or technical products
- Understanding of modern APIs, real time data streaming, and system architecture
- Experience aligning multiple stakeholders in a complex environment
- Experience ideating and executing product strategies that impact business goals/metrics
- Ability to converse fluently with business stakeholders (clients, operations, leadership) and technical stakeholders (software engineers, architects, UX teams, product teams)
- Ability to work effectively in areas of ambiguity and be laser focused on what will bring value to the product
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent prioritization, attention to detail, and critical thinking skills
- Knowledge of SDLC and agile development methodologies

Salary offered is based upon experience.
Salary Range
$108,300 - $130,000 USD
