Sales Director - Attractions
Position Overview:
As a Sales Director within our Attractions pod, you will be responsible for driving predictable and profitable ARR growth across the West Coast territory. You will lead full cycle sales for accesso’s ecosystem, including Ticketing, F&B and Retail, eCommerce, Mobile, Payments, Analytics, and 3rd party distribution. Your work will help attractions operators connect more of their guest journey through our platform.
This role is designed for a disciplined and high capacity seller who thrives in a fast paced environment, operates as part of one unified commercial system, and consistently delivers results.
Location: This role offers 100% remote flexibility anywhere in the US, preferably in PST or Mountain timezone.

What you'll be working on:
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline across the Attractions vertical including Theme Parks, Water Parks, Zoos, Aquariums, Museums and Cultural attractions
- Execute full cycle selling including prospecting, outbound outreach, discovery, presentations, proposal development, negotiation and close
- Deliver against an annual quota of new ARR along with upsell and cross sell targets
- Translate complex discovery conversations into clear and outcome focused solution proposals
- Position the full accesso ecosystem and drive multi product adoption rather than one off transactions
- Lead compelling on site and virtual demonstrations that are tailored to stakeholder needs
- Maintain disciplined forecasting and pipeline hygiene in Salesforce in alignment with accesso’s commercial operating rhythm
- Partner closely with Sales Engineering, Product, Customer Success and other pods to ensure seamless handoffs and ecosystem alignment
- Represent accesso at key industry events, conferences and trade shows across the regio
What you bring to the role:
- A proven track record selling technology solutions with at least 1 million dollars or more in ARR quota attainment
- Three or more years of sales experience within the Attractions industry including Theme Parks, Water Parks, Zoos, Aquariums, Leisure or adjacent verticals
- Candidates without direct Attractions sales experience will be considered if they bring strong enterprise selling experience and a genuine passion for theme parks and the attractions industry
- Strong command of solution based and consultative selling along with value driven storytelling
- Experience delivering live and remote product demonstrations using Zoom, Teams or similar tools
- High personal drive, self motivation and the ability to operate with discipline and consistency
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to executives, operators and technical teams
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, prioritize effectively and make informed decisions quickly
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast moving commercial environment that depends on a unified operating model

Salary offered is based upon experience. In addition to salary, this role is eligible for a generous, uncapped commission plan.
Base Salary Range
$90,000 - $125,000 USD
OTE Range
$200,000 - $225,000 USD
