Product Marketing Manager

Position Overview: 

Does growth excite you? 🌱 As a Product Marketing Manager at accesso, you'll get to help build and scale an AI-forward Product Marketing function. In this role, you’ll own the development of differentiated product messaging and go-to-market strategies in close collaboration with Product, Sales, Campaign, and Digital Marketing teams to drive adoption of accesso’s guest experience technology. The role spans the full spectrum of product marketing, from strategic narrative development to hands-on execution. You’ll partner closely with our Product, Sales, Campaign, and Digital Marketing teams to align messaging with market needs and use AI- tools to move quickly and operate at scale. You’ll also serve as a confident external voice for accesso leading webinars, contributing to sales trainings, and helping bring our story to market in a way that resonates with prospects, clients, and partners. This is a new, high-impact, highly collaborative role for a marketer who thrives in both strategic and tactical execution. This is a new position and requires someone with entrepreneurial spirit who is eager to move fast.  

Location:  This role offers 100% remote flexibility anywhere in the US.

Reports to: Director of Marketing

Travel ✈️ Requirement: 15%

 

What you’ll be working on: 

  • Define differentiated messaging, positioning, and value propositions across accesso solutions. 
  • Translate complex product capabilities into clear, compelling narratives for target prospects. 
  • Create and maintain sales enablement assets: battlecards, one-pagers, pitch decks and product guides. 
  • Conduct market research, win/loss interviews, and competitive analysis to inform positioning.
  • Collaborate with Campaign Marketing on multi-channel programs that activate messaging at scale.
  • Partner with Sales to improve lead conversion, pipeline progression, and enablement.
  • Support launch readiness across teams with campaign strategy, messaging, and training.
  • Represent product marketing in cross-functional go-to-market planning.
  • Use data and insights to continuously refine ICPs, personas, and value propositions.
  • Design and operationalize AI-powered workflows across product messaging, content creation, competitive intelligence, and enablement.
  • Apply AI tools to accelerate insight generation, positioning iteration, and asset creation.
  • Establish best practices for using AI responsibly, efficiently, and at scale within Product Marketing.
  • Partner with Digital and Campaign teams to integrate AI-driven targeting, personalization, and performance optimization.
  • Serve as a public-facing subject matter expert in webinars, product demos, and virtual events.
  • Deliver internal sales trainings and collaborate on roadshows, playbooks, and pitch readiness.
  • Engage directly with customers, analysts, and partners to inform and validate messaging.
  • Collaborate daily with Product, Sales, Digital, and Campaign leads to bring messaging to market.

What you bring to the role: 

  • 5–8 years in B2B SaaS marketing with experience in product marketing and demand generation. Note: ‘years of experience’ may not always be the best measure for your ability to succeed in this role. If the below bullet points feel like you, please consider applying.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools in marketing, with a clear point of view on how AI can shape the future of Product Marketing.
  • Ability to distill complex products into strategic narratives and tactical messaging.
  • Comfortable with public speaking, customer-facing conversations, and virtual events.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and energized by working across priorities and functions.

Salary offered is based upon experience.

Salary Range

$97,500 - $135,000 USD
