2026 Summer Sales Intern
Access Systems, a dynamic and fast-growing company, is hiring Sales Interns for our 2026 Summer Sales Internship Program. This hands-on program is designed for students who want real exposure to professional B2B sales and are serious about developing in a competitive environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Interns will work alongside experienced Account Executives and Sales Leadership to learn the fundamentals of business development, prospecting, and client engagement within a structured sales process.
- Learn how to confidently introduce Access Systems to business leaders through outbound calls and identify opportunities where our technology solutions can support their goals.
- Gain hands-on experience initiating conversations with decision-makers and scheduling meetings for the sales team.
- Observe and participate in client meetings to understand how needs are uncovered and solutions are positioned.
- Develop the ability to move conversations forward through thoughtful follow-up and objection handling.
- Participate in structured training sessions focused on strengthening your sales skills, product knowledge, and understanding of our technology solutions.
- Strengthen your professional network by connecting with sales leaders, executives, and high-performing representatives across the company.
What We’re Looking For:
This internship is designed for students who are interested in exploring a career in professional B2B sales. While business-related majors are common, students from a variety of academic backgrounds are encouraged to apply if there is a clear interest in sales and client-facing work.
- Progress toward a bachelor's degree, with juniors and seniors preferred.
- Consistent involvement in academics, work, athletics, or student organizations.
- Interest in sales, business development, or relationship-driven roles.
- Comfort initiating conversations in professional settings.
