Customer Service Representative

Job Type: Full-Time
Job Location: Onsite – Waukee Office
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm

Access Systems, a dynamic and fast-growing company, is actively hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, answering incoming calls and making sure requests are routed to the right team—compensation up to $20/hour.

What You’ll Be Doing as a Front Desk Receptionist:

• Answer incoming calls from customers and gather the information needed to create or route service tickets.
• Enter service calls and supply requests into the system, ensuring information is accurate and requests are processed quickly.
• Complete data entry and other administrative projects that support the service and sales teams.

What We're Looking For in a Front Desk Receptionist:

• 1-3 years of office experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in all customer interactions.
• Ability to “think on feet” when working with customers.
