The Role

We are looking for a Director of Technology Sales & Alliances to drive growth across Accordion’s NetSuite and ERP-adjacent offerings, including implementation, optimization, managed services, and AI enablement, across EMEA. This is not a generalist sales role. The right person brings a strong working knowledge of the NetSuite ecosystem, understands how organizations adopt and scale ERP solutions, and has a proven track record selling software and/or professional services, ideally both.

This individual will play a critical role in building Accordion’s brand within NetSuite account teams and the greater partner ecosystem across Europe, and in originating relationships with private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies. They know how to navigate complex enterprise sales cycles, engage credibly with both technical and business stakeholders, and identify where ERP-led transformation can unlock value for the office of the CFO and across the C-suite.

This role sits within Accordion’s CFO Technology practice and is based in our London office. Regular travel across Europe is expected for client meetings, NetSuite field events, QBRs, and sponsor meetings.

What You’ll Do

As part of our growth-focused commercial team, you will:

  • Build and own Accordion’s presence within NetSuite account teams across EMEA, developing trusted relationships with AEs, RVPs, and Alliances leaders, including representing Accordion in NetSuite QBRs and field events
  • Originate and develop new business opportunities across NetSuite implementation, optimization, managed services, and ERP-adjacent advisory services in Europe
  • Develop and maintain relationships with private equity sponsors and operating partners active in the region, introducing Accordion’s CFO technology capabilities across their portfolios
  • Bring a strong point of view on how NetSuite and adjacent CFO technology solutions (EPM/CPM, data and analytics platforms, AI enablement) can drive measurable outcomes for clients
  • Partner with internal alliances, practice, and industry leadership to shape solutions, define scope, and position differentiated offerings in competitive pursuits
  • Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, including both technical buyers and executive decision-makers
  • Leverage your existing network within NetSuite and the broader ecosystem to generate qualified introductions and accelerate deal velocity, remaining engaged through the full client relationship lifecycle
  • Recruit, mentor, and direct junior business development talent as the EMEA sales organization scales
  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting, using data to inform strategy and communicate progress to leadership
  • Design co-marketing campaigns with NetSuite to engage CFOs and PE operating partners across the region
  • Collaborate on go-to-market strategy for ERP and other related technology practices in EMEA
  • Develop marketing events, including leading planning of key regional NetSuite events
  • Collaborate with marketing and leadership to refine messaging and strengthen Accordion’s brand in the NetSuite ecosystem
  • Stay current on NetSuite product evolution, partner programs, and market trends to inform go-to-market strategy

You Have

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, with a meaningful portion focused on NetSuite or ERP-related solutions
  • Demonstrated success selling software, professional services, or a combination of both in complex environments
  • Experience selling into private equity-backed companies and engaging with PE sponsors
  • Strong working knowledge of the NetSuite platform and its core offerings, including how they are implemented and scaled in mid-market and PE-backed organizations
  • An established network within NetSuite (account executives, RVPs, partner managers, or alliance leaders) across Europe that you can actively leverage
  • Proven ability to generate pipeline, manage long sales cycles, and consistently close deals
  • Experience collaborating with delivery teams to shape solutions and ensure successful client outcomes
  • Comfort engaging with both technical stakeholders and senior business leaders, including the office of finance

Preferred Qualifications

  • Deep knowledge of the relationship between private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, particularly within the office of the CFO
  • Experience with broader CFO technology solutions, including EPM/CPM, data platforms, and AI-enabled offerings
  • Prior experience working within or alongside the NetSuite partner and alliance ecosystem in Europe
  • Experience recruiting, mentoring, or leading junior sales talent
  • Track record of building or scaling a go-to-market motion in a high-growth environment

Who You Are

  • Commercially driven and outcomes-focused. You know how to translate relationships into revenue
  • Credible in the NetSuite and private equity ecosystems. You speak the language and understand how deals actually get done
  • Entrepreneurial and proactive. You do not wait for leads, you create opportunities
  • Low ego and highly collaborative. You partner effectively across sales, delivery, and leadership teams
  • Data-driven. You manage pipeline rigorously and use insights to improve performance
  • Resilient and adaptable. You thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments
  • A strong communicator. You can clearly articulate complex solutions in a compelling way
