Role overview:

We are seeking a motivated Associate – NetSuite ERP to support NetSuite operations for our clients. This role is ideal for early-career candidates who are eager to grow their skills in ERP, financial systems, and business process in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role requires working hours coverage of 1PM to 10PM IST to support our clients in EU and Americas.

Much of this role will involve NetSuite ERP implementation activities. You will also assist with day-to-day system administration, reporting, and enhancements, while gaining exposure to the financial and operational functions across various industries.

What will you do:

• Provide daily NetSuite support for the PE firm and portfolio companies, including user assistance, issue triage, and basic troubleshooting
• Assist with system configuration tasks such as custom fields, forms, saved searches, reports, dashboards, and roles/permissions
• Support implementation or optimization projects as portfolio companies adopt or expand NetSuite
• Maintain strong data integrity through data audits, cleansing, and validation processes
• Support month-end and quarter-end activities through reporting and data extraction
• Participate in testing of new features, integrations, and system upgrades
• Document system processes and configuration to support consistent standards across portfolio companies
• Collaborate closely with Finance, Accounting, Operations, and IT teams to understand business needs and support efficient workflows
• Assist in onboarding new users and providing basic training across multiple entities

Ideally, you should have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
• 3–6 years of experience with ERP systems; exposure to NetSuite is a plus
• Strong interest in financial systems, business operations, and technology
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; ability to work with large data sets
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Experience or internship in private equity, finance, consulting, or an accounting environment
• Understanding of one or more business process (Sales, Procurement, Manufacturing) that lead into to accounting functions
• Exposure to NetSuite configuration (saved searches, workflows, dashboards)
• Familiarity with financial reporting or accounting concepts
• Experience supporting multi-entity organizations
