Territory Sales Manager (Southern Region)
We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and results-driven Territory Sales Manager (TSM) to join our growing team at Accredited Labs. In this key role, you will lead business development and customer engagement efforts within our defined Southern Region.
As the Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for executing our sales strategy, developing and building long-term client relationships, and driving revenue growth across a wide range of testing services and products. Your efforts will directly support our mission of delivering exceptional quality and service, helping to strengthen our reputation as a trusted industry leader.
This role is remote but 50% travel within assigned territory is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development & Sales Execution
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities within assigned territory.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including account planning and proposal development.
- Meet or exceed territory sales targets and KPIs.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers across customer accounts.
- Conduct regular client meetings, site visits, and follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and identify future opportunities.
- Act as the trusted point of contact between Accredited Labs and clients, ensuring a seamless client experience.
- Market & Industry Focus
- Sell services and solutions to industries such as automotive, aerospace, construction, oil & gas, consumer goods, environmental, and manufacturing.
- Stay informed of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitors to position Accredited Labs effectively.
- Collaboration & Communication
- Partner with internal teams including operations, customer service, and lab staff to ensure smooth execution of client work.
- Communicate customer feedback and field insights to leadership to support product and service development.
- Sales Reporting & CRM Management
- Maintain accurate records of opportunities, pipeline, and activity in the company’s CRM system.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, account updates, and reporting to leadership.
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience; laboratory testing, industrial services, or technical sales strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas in a competitive, service-based industry.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage time, priorities, and territory effectively with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory (up to 50%).
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Science, or related field
- Knowledge and experience in calibrations, laboratory testing, industrial services, or technical sales strongly preferred
