Branch Quality Coordinator (Aldinger)
We are seeking a Branch Quality Coordinator to support quality operations and technical excellence at our Dallas, TX location. This role requires a hands-on calibration background and the ability to bridge technical work with quality system requirements.
The ideal candidate will have direct experience calibrating measurement equipment, be proficient in interpreting uncertainty budgets, and demonstrate strong working knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025. Experience with IndySoft calibration software is strongly preferred.
This position provides a unique opportunity for a technically strong calibration professional to expand into branch quality leadership and support continuous improvement efforts
Location: 90% in Dallas with 10% travel to customer sites within TX, AR, UT.
Key Responsibilities
Quality System & Compliance
- Maintain branch-level compliance with ISO/IEC 17025:2017 and company procedures.
- Assist in internal audits, external assessments, and accreditation activities.
- Review calibration records, uncertainty budgets, and quality documentation for accuracy.
- Support CAPA, nonconformance investigations, and customer complaint resolution.
- Provide training and guidance on QMS and calibration procedures to technical staff.
Technical Support & Coordination
- Perform technical reviews of calibration work, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Provide oversight and feedback on measurement processes, uncertainty, and documentation.
- Coordinate proficiency testing, technician competence assessments, and quality-related risk evaluations.
- Use IndySoft for certificate review, data management, and system reporting.
- Serve as a branch liaison for quality-related customer interactions with Customer Experience team including completion of customer surveys.
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years hands-on calibration experience with a variety of measurement equipment.
- Strong knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025:2017 requirements and uncertainty calculations.
- Experience conducting or supporting audits and technical reviews.
Preferred
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, or equivalent calibration experience
- Strong working knowledge of IndySoft calibration management software.
- Previous experience coordinating quality activities in a calibration or regulated environment.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and quality documentation systems.
