THE ROLE

We are seeking an exceptional Finance Integration & NetSuite Product Manager to join our Accredited Labs team. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a fast-growing team and have a direct impact in leading financial integration initiatives and driving the strategic ownership of our NetSuite ERP platform.

The ideal candidate will have deep NetSuite expertise, strong financial acumen, and a proven ability to bridge business needs with technical execution.

This position is 100% Remote and can sit anywhere in the US. 

As our Finance Integration & NetSuite Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading financial integration activities and serving as the strategic and operational owner of the NetSuite platform. This role is pivotal in driving process alignment, system optimization, and cross-functional coordination to ensure seamless financial operations across the organization.

 

DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead end-to-end financial integration activities for mergers, acquisitions, system transitions, or organizational changes
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and integration strategies across Finance, Accounting, Operations, and IT
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate integration risks and dependencies
  • Drive continuous improvement of financial processes and workflows during and after integration efforts
  • Own the overall strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management of the NetSuite ERP platform
  • Serve as the primary business contact for NetSuite functionality, enhancements, upgrades, and configurations
  • Gather, document, and prioritize business requirements, transforming them into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Collaborate with technical teams, administrators, and external partners to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Oversee testing, deployment, and change management processes for all NetSuite releases and enhancements
  • Align financial processes with system capabilities, ensuring consistency, scalability, and accuracy
  • Lead data migration, validation, and reconciliation efforts across integrated financial systems
  • Drive standardization and automation initiatives within NetSuite and related financial applications
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls, compliance standards, and audit requirements
  • Partner closely with Finance, Accounting, Operations, IT, and other stakeholders to support strategic and operational initiatives
  • Communicate integration progress, risks, and system updates to leadership and project stakeholders
  • Facilitate user training, documentation, and ongoing support for NetSuite and related tools

 

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or related discipline
  • Experience in financial integration, ERP implementation, or corporate finance roles
  • Proven experience managing or owning NetSuite or similar ERP platforms and integrating with other related and dependent software solutions
  • Strong understanding of financial processes, accounting standards, and internal controls
  • Deep knowledge of NetSuite modules, workflows, dashboards, and reporting tools
  • Excellent project management, organization, and prioritization skills
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments with multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and actionable work
