Manager of Product Distribution

This position is 100% Remote and can sit anywhere in the United States.  

THE ROLE 

We are seeking an exceptional Manager of Product Distribution to join our growing Accredited Labs network. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a fast-scaling organization and have a direct impact in shaping and stabilizing a newly unified product distribution business segment. 

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in product distribution, commercial ownership, and operational execution in decentralized or acquisitive environments. 

As our Manager of Product Distribution, you will be responsible for consolidating and leading a fragmented product distribution segment into a cohesive, profit-driven function with clear accountability. This role is pivotal in driving gross profit performance while establishing structure, consistency, and scalability across product activity. 

 

DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Lead the consolidation of supplier relationships and rationalize the product portfolio 
  • Establish and execute a clear commercial model and go-to-market strategy 
  • Own and manage the product distribution P&L with accountability for gross profit performance 
  • Lead, stabilize, and develop a small but growing product sales team 
  • Create and improve pathways for 30+ branches to effectively capture and fulfill product demand 
  • Integrate product-related activities from acquired businesses into a unified structure 
  • Drive consistency across pricing, sales motions, and internal processes 
  • Identify and remove friction points in product sales, ordering, and fulfillment workflows 
  • Partner cross-functionally with sales, marketing, operations, and customer experience teams 
  • Develop early-stage scalable processes and operating models for long-term growth 

 

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Proven experience in product distribution, commercial operations, or related business leadership roles 
  • Demonstrated ownership of P&L or revenue-driving business segment 
  • Strong ability to assess complex, imperfect environments and quickly prioritize action 
  • Experience working within decentralized or acquisitive business structures 
  • Ability to lead teams and influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority 
  • Track record of improving gross profit performance and operational consistency 

 

NICE TO HAVE 

  • Experience integrating acquisitions or consolidating fragmented business functions 
  • Background in building or scaling early-stage or underdeveloped commercial functions
