About the Role

We are seeking a founding member for our Product Marketing team to support go-to-market, demand generation, field enablement, and customer marketing activities. This person will collaborate with sales, product, marketing, and design to drive Accrue’s growth and customer success.

What you'll do

  • Develop messaging and positioning for Accrue’s products and buyer segments. Develop campaign-level content as well as sales enablement assets to support our GTM team
  • Work closely with product, sales and marketing teams to refine marketing strategies, with the goal of driving awareness and demand for our products
  • Enable sales teams to understand the value of our products and competitive solutions
  • Conduct deep customer, competitor and market research to understand and refine our messaging and positioning in market
  • Serve as a liaison between sales and product to deliver and leverage bidirectional feedback to empower our go-to-market
  • Proactively identify customer success and bring those stories to life for use in marketing
  • Partner closely with leadership and product to gain a deep understanding of product vision, upcoming functionality, and determine how best to communicate this externally
  • Create and maintain a library of sales tools, such as customer presentations and competitive materials

What you'll need

  • 3+ years of B2B product marketing experience; demonstrated success marketing complex fintech and/or enterprise software solutions
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills with a demonstrated ability to develop clear, concise, compelling messaging, and a persuasive writing style
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Fast learner, detail-oriented, and enjoys dynamic work environments
  • Proven ability to build relationships with other teams and across all levels
  • Self-motivated, innovative, collaborative, creative, and analytical
  • Strong project management skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Proven ability to excel in a dynamic, adaptive environment
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience

Salary Information

The range listed below is just one component of Accrue's total compensation package; This role will receive a competitive salary + benefits + equity. The salary range is for US-based employees located in the listed market. Other benefits include those listed above such as healthcare and 401 with 3% contribution.

Salary Range

$90,000 - $140,000 USD
