ABOUT THIS POSITION

Aceable is looking for a Manager, Sales to lead a team of sales professionals, drive revenue growth, and build strong customer partnerships. You will collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and leadership teams to refine sales initiatives, improve performance, and ensure the team meets its goals. You will play a vital role in enhancing a strong team culture and creating a collaborative and supportive environment. As a strategic and hands-on leader, you’ll develop sales strategies, optimize processes, and coach the team to success while leveraging sales enablement and data-driven insights.

This role is a hybrid position. Candidates must live in the Austin, Texas metro area and be willing to work from our downtown Austin, TX office regularly.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Own and refine the sales strategy aligned with business objectives while ensuring the team meets or exceeds sales targets
  • Manage, coach, mentor, and develop a sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and collaboration
  • Design simple, repeatable, and automated sales workflows to improve efficiency, drive consistency, and support future growth
  • Source revenue through improved lead generation and enrichment, strategic account mapping, and targeted sales initiatives to expand market presence of our B2B sales channel
  • Analyze sales performance, customer trends, and operational metrics to document learnings, optimize strategies, improve team effectiveness, and enhance product positioning
  • Design and oversee onboarding and continuous training programs, ensuring the sales team has the skills, knowledge, and tools to succeed
  • Set clear KPIs, track progress, and hold the team accountable to revenue goals while leading special projects to enhance B2B sales operations

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • 5+ years experience in sales, preferably with management experience, in an inside sales B2B role, with a track record of building and scaling sales processes
  • 2 years experience managing a team, including experience coaching and developing sales representatives, from prospecting to closing deals, with a strong focus on training, mentorship, and performance management
  • Skilled in setting strategic sales directions, refining sales workflows, and optimizing lead generation, targeting, and pitch development to drive consistent revenue growth
  • Ability to identify challenges in the sales process, implement scalable solutions, and continuously refine workflows to enhance efficiency and team performance
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools (HubSpot) to track sales performance, analyze trends, and adjust strategies based on insights
  • Strong ability to work across teams (Marketing, Product, and Customer Success) to align sales efforts, enhance messaging, and improve overall customer experience
  • Clear and effective communication skills to engage internal teams, coach sales reps, and effectively convey value propositions to prospects and partners
  • Ability to navigate evolving sales processes, adjust strategies as needed, and support a team in a dynamic environment
