This role blends creative thinking with technical sophistication — ideal for a persuasive marketer who can craft high-impact, emotionally resonant messaging while rigorously optimizing performance through experimentation and analysis.

You will lead the strategy and execution across email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging. Partnering with Marketing, Product, Engineering, Business Intelligence, and Design teams, you'll develop automated journeys and campaign strategies tailored to every step of the customer’s lifecycle, from acquisition to advocacy. Your work will directly impact company revenue, customer satisfaction, conversion rates, and overall business growth.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Own the full lifecycle marketing strategy across email, SMS, push, and in-app messaging
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of lifecycle marketing specialists, fostering skill growth, campaign ownership, and operational excellence across channels
  • Lead copywriting strategy and oversee the development of compelling, conversion-focused messaging across all lifecycle touchpoints
  • Develop automated, behavior-triggered flows and journey orchestration based on real-time data signals
  • Drive A/B and multivariate testing across all channels to optimize performance and unlock key learnings
  • Create segmentation strategies and personalized experiences to deepen user engagement
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure messaging aligns with product usage, milestones, and customer goals
  • Partner with the product team to help build out in-product messaging that is orchestrated and tracked through a cross-channel marketing platform
  • Analyze campaign performance using dashboards and reporting tools, delivering actionable insights
  • Design and execute messaging that guides customers through onboarding, engagement, feature adoption, and reactivation
  • Oversee message cadence and prioritization to reduce fatigue and maximize relevance

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • 6+ years in full-funnel customer journey lifecycle marketing or CRM, including hands-on experience with multichannel programs (email, SMS, push, in-app)
  • 3+ years of experience managing and developing a team focused on nurturing and lifecycle marketing
  • Strong strategic and analytical mindset; able to blend storytelling with experimentation and data
  • Fluency with lifecycle tools and platforms (Iterable, Braze, HubSpot, OneSignal, etc.)
  • Deep understanding of segmentation, journey building, personalization, and behavioral triggers
  • Proven track record of improving customer conversion, retention, and engagement through marketing automation
  • Experience with mobile-first product experiences or app-based customer journeys
  • Experience building collaborative relationships with Product, Engineering, Design, and Data stakeholders
  • Strong written and visual communication skills; passion for crafting clear, compelling shopping and user experiences

 BONUS POINTS

  • Experience using AI-powered tools to accelerate content creation and streamline campaign workflows, enabling rapid experimentation and personalized nurture strategies at scale.
  • Proficiency in scripting for dynamic content (e.g., Liquid)
  • Experience with prospect-based email and SMS campaigns
  • Familiarity with customer data platforms or real-time analytics tools

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
