Marketing Strategy and AI Operations Lead

Remote

ABOUT THIS POSITION

Aceable is seeking a Marketing Strategy & AI Operations Lead to own the work that moves the business forward. Think high-priority initiatives that cross functions, don't sit neatly within a single team, and require clear thinking and decisive execution.

You'll partner closely with the VP of Marketing and leaders across the organization to drive critical initiatives end-to-end and ensure momentum never stalls. One week that may mean advancing our B2B strategy; the next, leading a site migration, stabilizing a performance gap, or managing a strategic vendor. The constant is your ability to quickly diagnose what matters, step in with clarity, and deliver measurable impact.

This role is designed for a high-judgment generalist with broad marketing range and strong business acumen. You operate independently, bring structure to ambiguity, and move complex work forward without waiting for direction. You don't wait for perfect conditions or clear permission — you identify what needs to happen and you go make it happen, breaking down walls until it's done. You also bring genuine AI fluency to the work, applying tools and automation to increase leverage and move faster.

You serve as a critical continuity layer for the marketing org. When an experimental initiative needs a leader, when a high-stakes project has no clear owner, or when execution needs to stay on track regardless of circumstance, you step in without missing a beat. If you're the person leadership relies on when something important has no clear owner, you'll thrive here. This role operates as a senior individual contributor and force multiplier for the VP of Marketing, advancing critical initiatives and increasing execution velocity across the organization.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Serve as a senior strategic partner to the VP, Marketing, advancing high-priority initiatives and increasing execution velocity across the organization
  • Apply AI tools and workflow automation to increase leverage, reduce manual work, and accelerate execution across the org
  • Own high-impact marketing initiatives end-to-end — scoping ambiguous problems, defining success metrics, and driving execution through measurable business outcomes
  • Identify root causes behind performance gaps across funnel, verticals, and channels, and design solutions that accelerate revenue growth
  • Act as connective tissue across Marketing, Product, Sales, and Engineering to ensure initiatives are integrated, aligned, and moving with urgency
  • Remove cross-functional bottlenecks and increase clarity around ownership and accountability
  • Serve as an institutional knowledge anchor — deeply fluent in every corner of the marketing org so coverage is never a single point of failure
  • Translate complex data, research, and market signals into clear recommendations that drive executive decisions
  • Develop deep fluency in our business model, performance metrics, and marketing systems to inform prioritization and tradeoffs
  • Strengthen performance visibility and operational rigor across marketing
  • Communicate clearly and confidently with executive stakeholders, translating marketing activity into business impact

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • 8+ years of marketing experience, with fluency across multiple disciplines (digital, content, web, lifecycle, performance, analytics, operations)
  • Strong strategic execution instincts and the ability to bring structure to ambiguity, define clear next steps, and drive initiatives forward without waiting for direction
  • A take-the-hill mentality: when something needs to get done, you find a way — unconventional approaches, creative resourcing, whatever it takes — and you don't stop until it's resolved
  • Deep fluency in marketing and business analytics platforms, with experience using data to diagnose performance gaps and inform strategic decisions
  • Demonstrated ability to connect marketing initiatives to pipeline, conversion, and revenue outcomes
  • Experience managing external vendors or strategic partners with accountability for performance and ROI
  • Demonstrated impacted created by applying AI tools and workflow automation to improve marketing execution and efficiency — not just as an end user, but someone who builds and deploys solutions
  • Proven ability to operate across multiple priorities and workstreams, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting recommendations and performance insights to cross-functional and executive stakeholders

This role requires someone who is actively building with AI, not just talking about it. Please tell us about a real AI-powered workflow, automation, or tool you’ve built or contributed to.

We care less about polish and more about how you think — include what you tried, how you iterated, and what impact it had (even if it failed).

For government reporting purposes, we ask candidates to respond to the below self-identification survey. Completion of the form is entirely voluntary. Whatever your decision, it will not be considered in the hiring process or thereafter. Any information that you do provide will be recorded and maintained in a confidential file.

As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
