Position Description:
The Achievement Center of LECOM Health (ACLH) is looking for a friendly smile and a professional demeanor to greet visitors and families, check in clients using the agency’s Electronic Medical Records system, provide building directions as needed, maintain a safe and tidy atmosphere and close the agency at the end of business each day.
The purpose of this position is to maintain the support operations of the agency, its visitors, families, and staff who come into or leave the building during the late afternoon/early evening hours. The right person will support the receptionist, centralized scheduler, and operations staff with administrative tasks and functions as needed. This staff member must work well independently, be trustworthy, reliable and available to work in the evening between the hours of 5 pm and 8:15 pm.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to our evening employees by providing administrative support as needed.
- Present as our evening “Face of the Agency” and complete basic administrative tasks such as utilizing our EMR system, scanning documents, typing letters, uploading documents to client charts, providing appropriate assistance as needed to clients, visitors, and employees, in an expedient and professional manner.
- Promote good public relations through courteous, helpful, and professional contact with everyone.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Good written and verbal skills.
- Computer literate.
- Ability to lift to 25 pounds and walk/stand for a period of time.

Compensation: Pay is $15.50hrly. Also included is mileage reimbursement and an employee referral bonus opportunity.
