Salesforce & Data Analytics Lead

What You’ll Do

As a Salesforce & Data Analytics Lead, you’ll be the bridge between business and data — turning systems, dashboards, and insights into smarter decisions and stronger outcomes. You’ll own both the hands-on management of Salesforce and the delivery of impactful business intelligence across departments.

You’ll configure and enhance ACI’s Salesforce environment to support key business processes, while leading full-cycle BI projects that bring together data from multiple systems into meaningful insights. You’ll collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to translate requirements into elegant, actionable dashboards and automated workflows that improve the way we work and measure success.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Administer and optimize Salesforce, including user setup, roles, permissions, and automation.
  • Design and deliver reports and dashboards in Salesforce and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
  • Lead end-to-end BI initiatives — from gathering requirements to developing data models and presenting insights.
  • Partner with IT and data engineering to maintain integrations between Salesforce, NetSuite, and other systems.
  • Identify opportunities for process automation, improved data quality, and scalable reporting.
  • Document architecture, data definitions, and reporting processes to support transparency and continuity.

Your work will directly shape how leaders at ACI see and act on data — helping us serve our learners, partners, and teams with clarity and confidence.

What You’ll Need (Requirements)

Minimum:

  • 3+ years of Salesforce Administration experience with demonstrated ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Hands-on experience creating dashboards and data visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
  • Understanding of Salesforce data security, integrations (APIs or connectors), and sandbox management.
  • Proven experience managing cross-system data flows and ensuring data integrity.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills — comfortable working with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • High attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.

Preferred:

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201); additional certifications (Advanced Admin, App Builder, Sales Cloud) are a plus.
  • Experience working with data integration tools (MuleSoft, Boomi, etc.) or cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake.
  • Familiarity with SaaS or subscription business models (ARR, renewals, lead conversion, etc.).
  • Background in Sales Operations, Marketing Analytics, or Finance where Salesforce and BI tools were core systems.

What We’re Counting On From You

  • Translating complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive business growth.
  • Maintaining a high-performing Salesforce ecosystem that supports operational excellence and scale.
  • Partnering cross-functionally to improve the quality, accessibility, and impact of ACI’s reporting.
  • Upholding data integrity and proactively identifying opportunities to simplify and automate workflows.
  • Bringing curiosity, precision, and ownership to every project you touch — helping teams make better, faster decisions.

First 60 Days

  • Build a deep understanding of ACI’s Salesforce instance, data model, and reporting ecosystem.
  • Conduct a data integrity and reporting audit across Salesforce and related systems.
  • Deliver at least one quick-win dashboard or automation enhancement that improves visibility or efficiency.
  • Partner with key stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, and Finance to align on reporting priorities and KPIs.
  • Document initial recommendations for data structure, reporting improvements, and integration opportunities.

Longer Term

  • Stand up a centralized data environment (Snowflake or equivalent) that integrates Salesforce, NetSuite, and other key systems.
  • Deliver unified, cross-system dashboards that track key business metrics (ARR, retention, renewals, conversions).
  • Improve Salesforce automation and validation processes to strengthen data quality and reduce manual work.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of Salesforce architecture, objects, and workflows.
  • Drive a culture of data excellence — where insights are reliable, timely, and central to decision-making.

Race & Ethnicity Definitions

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.

How do you know if you have a disability?
