Brand Marketing Manager

Overview:

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Brand Marketing Manager to lead the development and growth of our in-house skincare brand(s). This role is responsible for end-to-end brand management — from building brand equity and defining its direction, to executing fully integrated marketing plans across all channels. The ideal candidate is both visionary and hands-on, with a strong sense of ownership, the ability to lead across the marketing funnel, and a proven track record of translating brand storytelling into commercial success.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Brand Strategy & Marketing Planning

  • Develop and execute brand strategies to position skincare products effectively in a competitive digital landscape.
  • Set brand direction and craft messaging frameworks that reflect a strong, consumer-centric point of view.
  • Lead the planning and monitoring of full-funnel marketing initiatives, from awareness to conversion, across digital platforms.
  • Ensure consistency in brand voice, visual identity, and storytelling across all touchpoints and campaigns.
  • Partner with creative and content teams to deliver cohesive and impactful brand communications that resonate with target audiences.
  • Align all marketing plans with overall business objectives and campaign priorities.

2.Performance Marketing & Budget Optimization

  • Own the marketing P&L with a focus on cost efficiency and maximizing return on ad spend.
  • Plan and manage brand marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation across media channels for the highest impact.
  • Analyze performance metrics such as ROAS, CAC, and campaign ROI to guide media optimization and strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with media, performance, and e-commerce teams to drive profitable growth across digital platforms.
  • Use data insights to continuously refine investment strategies and improve marketing profitability.

3.Cross-Functional Collaboration & Influence

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Finance, Inventory, and Digital Media, to ensure seamless execution of brand initiatives and alignment on goals.
    Lead brand performance reviews and strategic planning sessions to monitor progress, align on KPIs, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Influence cross-functional teams to prioritize and execute brand plans effectively, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and motivated to meet objectives.
  • Proactively identify challenges and swiftly resolve issues, adapting strategies and plans in real-time to maintain momentum and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Foster a collaborative and results-driven environment, encouraging ownership, creativity, and accountability across teams.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in brand marketing, brand management, or e-commerce.
  • Data-driven with strong analytical skills and experience managing marketing budgets and ROAS optimization.
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and lead teams in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven track record in developing new brands from concept to execution, with strong creative acumen and a consumer-first mindset in storytelling and marketing strategies is a strong plus.
  • Experience in FMCG, skincare, or consumer lifestyle brands is a plus.
